คำอธิบาย : This book is about interpersonal skills in nursing. It developed out of two conferences held at Manchester Polytechnic in 1982-3, on 'Interpersonal Skills in Nursing', and 'Teaching Interpersonal Skills in Nursing'. Each conference was well attended by practicing nurses, nurse educators and psychologists who work with nurses in clinical and educational settings. The interest ranged from a quest for research information to a desire to exchange ideas about the implementation of research findings in nurse practice and education. I hope this book reflects these diverse interests.
